This chalet is equipped with two smart TVs and has high-speed WIFI for excellent streaming.
Deluxe Chalets provide all the amenities of a Standard and a bit more. Located toward the top of the resort Chalet 173 provides for easy access to the Colorado Trail. After a long day out on the slopes or trails, spend the evening relaxing by the fireplace. This chalet has one bedroom, kitchen, bath and living room. Enjoy the sounds of a nearby small creek from the large covered patio with furnished outdoor seating and fire pit. Generally, the chalet can sleep four (4) adults comfortably, with one additional twin mattress for the floor. The chalet also has parking for two (2) vehicles. Each chalet is stocked with kitchen utensils and linens. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the chalets.

Notes
Due to the wonderful weather that we experience in the high country A/C is not a common amenity and none of our chalets are equipped with A/C units.
Chalet Loft Regulations: Chalets may have lofts but the space is not included in the rental rate or bed arrangements. Guests are not permitted to use the loft space in any way. Breaking this regulation by using the loft area will result in a fine of $250 and a damage assessment will take place.
