Three Peaks Mountain Lodge is a stunning vacation home in the esteemed Three Peaks Community, just above the Raven Golf Course in Silverthorne. The lodge boasts five bedrooms, a loft, and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
The entrance to the home features grand double doors leading to an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking panoramic views of Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, and Keystone Ski Resort in the distance. Moreover, the home is dog-friendly, allowing for up to 2 medium-sized dogs (60 lbs. max).
This property is located by six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (15m), Breck (20m), Keystone (13m), A-Basin (17m), Loveland (15m), and Vail (34m). Additionally, Lake Dillon is just a 10-minute drive away, as is the Outlet shopping mall.
This custom-built home is luxurious and spacious, ideal for intimate weddings, family reunions, and group outings. It boasts over 4,200 square feet of living space and comes equipped with various amenities. With a backup electrical supply, you can rest easy knowing your vacation is well-protected. Whether planning a summer or winter getaway, Three Peaks Mountain Lodge is the perfect vacation home for you in Summit County.
This home is perfect for pet owners and boasts a spacious living room with comfortable oversized furniture, a cozy wood fireplace, a 50” TV, and a magnificent floor-to-ceiling window wall offering breathtaking views. The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances and granite countertops, featuring three sinks, a breakfast bar that seats three, and an additional table for four. The formal dining area can comfortably accommodate up to ten people.
From the dining area, you can access a large deck with a BBQ grill and comfortable seating. Adjacent to the entrance is a main-floor bedroom with a desk, a sleeper sofa, and an attached bathroom. The mudroom, located off the living room, shares a guest bath and provides access to an 8-person outdoor hot tub and a two-car garage. The hot tub deck, situated in beautiful surroundings, provides stunning views.
Make your way up to the Master Suite, where you'll find a comfortable split king adjustable bed, a walk-in closet, a 40" television, and a cozy gas fireplace. The master bathroom is spacious and boasts a large tub, amazing views, and a generously sized steam shower with six showerheads enclosed in glass. A few steps down the hall from the master suite is the loft, which features a sleeper sofa, a television, and a built-in office area.
The media room downstairs has a new state-of-the-art 75" TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and surround sound—a full wet bar and a walk-out patio round out this area. The house also includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
The oversized garage can accommodate two vehicles, and ample parking is available on the heated driveway, allowing easy access for your whole group, even on snowy days. Enjoy the beautiful creek and hiking trails that run through the property during the summer. In the winter, Nordic ski and snowshoe right from the house on the trails. This home offers all the amenities, high-end furnishings, and breathtaking views you can ask for!
At Three Peaks Mountain Lodge, we welcome your family, including furry friends, to enjoy the holidays together.
The property is fully stocked with essentials, including linens, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

I've been journeying to Summit County for snowboarding for more than two decades, and we've stayed in various homes throughout the area. This year, we stayed in a home that offered the most breathtaking views yet. The house itself is stunning, perfectly designed for larger groups and equipped with heated driveways and sidewalks. Moreover, the customer service we experienced was unparalleled in comparison to any other Airbnb stays I've had.
Being pet friendly allowed our Texas raised husky to live in her heavily environment for a solid week..

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 10 of us from senior adults through babies. There was ample space so everyone had their own area but we were able to come together as much as we wanted. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is a cul-de-sac. Our kids used sleds and built snowmen in the street with no one to disturb them. We had everything we needed here. We would stay here again if we visit the area again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This is by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and it was perfect for our family vacation with nine people. The view from the back porch is incredible. There’s a small mountain brook running through the front yard. There’s access to the Eagle’s Nest Wilderness Area right out of the front door. The house is well appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom and bath is amazing, with heated floors, an incredible shower, and a tub overlooking the valley. It’s far enough back in the neighborhood to be quiet but not so far away that it’s inconvenient to town. We had an excellent time and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was even l more spectacular than in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our family group of 11 people visiting for my son’s wedding. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and the seating and view from the deck was enjoyed every evening. The trails in the National Park were easily accessed up the driveway across the cul de sac (took us a bit to figure that out). Communication with the property manager was clear and responsive. Hope we can find a reason to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our extended family. Just as pictured and maybe better. The kitchen was very well stocked, like cooking in a friends house. Bathrooms had soap, makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner. The view from the living room and deck was spectacular! We spent most mornings and evenings on deck with a fire. Great location, convenient to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. We rode horses, rented a boat for a day, mountain biked and rented ATV’s. We had a blast. I don’t remember the name but a restaurant in Silverthorne had all Colorado made beer and liquor. Food was great too. Would definitely rent again.

This home has amazing views and was comfortable, clean and well-maintained, convenient to town, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable deck seating and indoor seating, great trails right out the door, sweet little creek at the front of the house, hot tub with an amazing view, the list goes on... You will not be disappointed staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed renting this house for our family vacation. Rental staff was responsive and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Peaks Mountain Lodge was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well-equipped, the stove and oven had ample space for cooking large meals, and there were three sinks!!! The layout of the house worked very well to accommodate our large group. We all especially loved the trails with access to National Forest just up the street. Lots to do in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco, and we had amazing weather to boot. James was wonderful to work with when questions arose. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better spot!

This home is amazing! Great location close to Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail to take advantage of Summer and Winter activities. Located in an exclusive upscale neighborhood with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms spread out on 3 floors for guest privacy. Living and family room accommodations are on 2 floors. Kitchen is fully complete with 3 sinks and separate work spaces along with appliances and utensils. Pets are allowed!The 5 Star reviews are no joke! We've stayed in plenty of nice accommodations, but this one wins hands down!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin! Hiking trails were just steps out the front door and a clear, running creek made for a lulling sound as we drifted off to sleep after days filled with hiking, swimming and a dip in the awesome 8 person hot tub! Silverthorne is just a few miles away and Breckenridge is about a 1/2 hour away so very convenient to both. The chef’s kitchen was a dream and well stocked, however we needed a first aid kit and could not find one. Minor detail, but an important one. Not much of a yard for kid’s to play in, but the trails and beautiful views made up for it!

Home was amazing with great views and great comfort and very dog friendly. I would have a few improvements to suggest as follow: 1) Get new frying pans as none were truly non-stick. Family was very unhappy being unable to make a fried egg. 2) Get better fitted sheets for the BR off the bar to the right. Son had sheets come off every night. 3) Replace all the humidifiers as none worked properly and the home was very dry. 4) fix the downstairs TV so that one may watch cable on it as all we could do was stream to it.

My husband and I brought our 3 grown kids and my daughters husband and our two grand children 3yrs & 2yrs, it was the first time they felt snow , we live in Florida.. The house the views were more than we even excepted !! Spending it over Xmas was just magical and breath taking!! Everything was at your finger tips and James was very helpful in anything we needed!! We have been back 3 weeks now and we’re still all talking about it and want to come back so bad!! Thank you, for the best family vacation yet this far!! Of course we would recommend but not when we want to come back!! Lol
