Description
Welcome to Chimney Mountain Cabins, just outside Helen GA north of Anna Ruby Falls on Unicoi Highway. Here are five unique, rustic and elegant, 2-bedroom cabins with fireplaces, perfect for that mountain getaway experience. Select all 5 for that group gathering that easily accommodates over 23 guests* combined. Situated on the borders of the National Forest providing walking/hiking trails just outside your cabin that lead to Snake Branch Creek, a favorite for our guests, especially the pups!
There are two fire pits at Chimney Mountain. One fire pit is in the center of the common area where the cabins are located. There's also a community game room by the fire pit that includes a pool table, foosball table and darts for our guests to enjoy. Each cabin also has rocking chairs and a gas BBQ grill on the covered front porch. Hot tubs are under cover, and perfectly situated at either the rear or side of the cabins!
There is also a common area that adjoins the cabins is the perfect gathering place for children and adults alike. Kids love the Mountaineer Gorilla Playset that includes a covered play platform, 2 swings, a trapeze swing, 2 slides, tic-tac-toe panel, rock wall with climbing rope, and built-in picnic table. And for the adults, there is a pavilion with outdoor ping/pong table, picnic table, and another beautiful fire pit for all to enjoy!
Chimney Mountain Road is a beautiful, winding gravel road that follows the base of the mountain, offering 4.5 miles of quiet, secluded mountain road. With Chimney Mountain on one side, and McClure Creek on the other, it's perfect for biking, walking, or just taking in the beautiful views of Chimney Mountain.
