FRENCH QUARTER cottage
Blending southwestern warmth with European style, and adorned with Saltillo tile, reclaimed maple hardwood floors and tasteful decor, French Quarter Cottage is simply beautiful. This 1,200 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 2 - 6 people and is easily shared with good friends or family.
The open and spacious upstairs includes laundry facilities with washer and dryer, a second sitting area for lounging, and one full bathroom (an additional half-bath is located downstairs). The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Double french doors open onto a lovely, wisteria covered patio - complete with a burbling water feature.
French Quarter Cottage is an amazing treat and retreat, one of four stand alone cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages. Our cottages share a courtyard, including a beautiful garden, communal patio, and BBQ grill. Centrally located in downtown Moab. We are pet friendly! See our pet policy here.
It is a stand alone bungalow with a private entrance and very convenient in-front parking, with two free dedicated parking spots.

DOG Policy
We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home. We allow up to 2 dogs in the French Quarter, with a weight limit of 25 lbs. Our DOG fee is $10/night/DOG. We will leave you a "DOG Package" containing two bowls, a towel, and waste bags to support their stay. Please check in with us if you are planning on bringing your furry family member with you, so we can prepare your package. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, By booking one of our cottages, you agree that:
•My DOG is not aggressive and IS up to date with vaccinations, is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
•My DOG is free of ticks and fleas.
•My DOGt will be with me, under my care at all times.
•My DOG will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
•I will clean up after my DOG and dispose of any waste.
•I will keep my DOG off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
•I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my DOG during my stay.
I understand that if I forget to leave the DOG fee, my card will be charged upon check out for the total dog fee amount.
*Please note; we may fine a minimum of $50 if the pet agreement is violated, plus extra if any damages are incurred. Be aware of muddy paw prints on bed linens and furniture. Emergency rags are located under sinks to wipe your dogs feet in addition to the one provided in your pet package. Thank you!
