With only a few dates left open in 2019, 2020 prime dates are waiting for YOU. Each bedroom features its own jacuzzi, plus a wrap-around deck with plenty of rockers and chairs. Our THEATRE' ROOM has a 9 ft. screen complete with surround sound. The yard is level so the children can enjoy their favorite outside activity, plenty of parking, very private, secluded and nestled on 1 acre. You will experience gorgeous morning sunrises and starry evening sunsets. Outstanding mountain view of Pigeon Forge and Mount LeConte. The wildlife - birds, owls, foxes, rabbits, raccoons, wild turkey's (stretch), skunks (stripe) and the moment that everyone waits for "250" who travels alone, but his offspring now on their own travel in the same path. If your lucky enough to be in the mountains, you may be lucky enough to enjoy a visit from one of our visitors. Far Horizon is a desirable location is very convenient, easy to find. All the roads leading to the cabin are paved, easy access, passable with a two vehicles approach. The local attractions in Gatlinburg is a short drive ~ Pigeon Forge a 10 minute ride down the mountain. The well known Dollywood Adventure Park & Splash Mountain 20 minutes and the World's Famous Great Smoky Mountain National Park just a 1/2 hour to the entrance. For those who love to fish, local streams,lakes and rivers during the season are very productive and stocked with trout & bass, the makings for a delicious meal. The ultimate adrenalin rush of white water rafting or zip-lining. A leisurely tubing float down the river or a guided kayaking tour. The Far Horizon Cabin is far away from it all but close to enjoy your day of adventure having fun! You will be amazed of all the "things to do". Rates vary per night depending on the time of year. Base rate range $215.00 ~ $275.00, Holiday/special events = $275.00 (3 night minimum). Summer special - offered June, July & August, stay 6 nights, get 7th free (some holiday date restrictions apply)
