A little about the property

Two buildings comprise this wonderful family "compound", making it the perfect place for your family or extended family vacation. There are several decks for outdoor relaxation, including the awesome roof deck, where you can enjoy the glorious sights of the harbor (and sunsets every evening from the deck or fire pit!). The dock extends out beyond the tide and even has electricity. Bring your yacht, power boat or kayaks! And it's a short walk to downtown Southwest Harbor for restaurants, sandwich shops, stores and bike rentals. The front building (that's right on the water) has two floors. The lower level features a king bedroom (with en suite shower bathroom) and two queen bedrooms with a shared shower bathroom. The king bedroom also has a sleep sofa. The upper level of the front building features a kitchen, dining area, large sitting area and full bathroom. There are spectacular views of the harbor from inside and from the front decks that overlook the water. There is an exterior spiral staircase to leads up to the roof deck! The rear building (road side) main level features 1 king bedroom with shower-only bathroom, a sitting area and a full kitchen! The second floor of the rear building features 2 bedrooms: 1 king with full bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds (1 twin, 1 double). There is also a shower-only bath on this floor and another sitting area (that also has a sleep sofa)! The lower level of the rear building features a wonderful new family room with TV and games, including foosball, air hockey, ping pong and Wii games.
